If you're into coffee, like I am, then this story will warm you up inside like a mocha on a cold winter day. Coffee shops truly do multiply and seemingly reproduce like the proverbial rabbit. When I see a new storefront going up, I always stop to see if I can tell what will be going in it. A good chunk of the time (about 75%) it's a coffee shop of some design--chain or independently-owned.
