iPad is now available for sale in Korea

If the Apple iPad is on your Christmas wish list this year, then you're in luck. Just yesterday the iPad went on sale at KT stores nationwide as well as online. Without a plan, it will cost anywhere from 635,000 to 903,600 won to purchase. But with a 24-month service plan from KT, the price drops to 50,000 to 60,000 won a month.

The main competitor for the iPad in Korea, the Samsung Galaxy Tab, has sold has sold over 1,000,000 units since its release earlier this month. It will be interesting to see how sales of the iPad fare with the Christmas holiday coming up soon.

You can check out the story here.
