I noticed some people were searching and wondering about the state of Krispy Kreme in Gwangju, so I did a little research. The Gwangju location has moved from downtown to the Lotte Department Store near downtown. You can get to the new location by taking the 1187, 57, 58, 9, or 51 buses from downtown, it's about 5 minutes away or 10 minutes by walking from the downtown center.
So, don't worry! Krispy Kreme is still open for business in Gwangju!
